You have complete control over the user profiles can that logon to their ZEDI environment.

A variety of roles for different types of users are supported including a “Partner” role which allows a trading partner to safely view/download the transactions that belong to them, and handle their orders via the on-line system.

Allows you to manage your security certificates (used by AS2 and OFTP2 communications). Certificates can be created, imported, exported and managed within ZEDI.

If you are on a pay-as-you-go plan, this section allows you to monitor the costs being incurred and control them using the housekeeping functions.
